Today, when people refer to Hollywood as the heart of movie-making and celebrity sightings, they are no longer referring to Hollywood itself, but rather Tinsel town in general where the business of making magic extends to several surrounding cities.  But, you’d have a hard time convincing tourists of that reality who arrive from all over the world to find cinematic glitter on every corner of Hollywood.

Starline Tours, known around the world as the pioneer of celebrity tours, recently announced a new tour in partnership with Young Hollywood, offering a guided look at some of the most iconic celebrity playgrounds of Los Angeles.

“Going Hollywood” still applies to Hollywood—the actual “place.” The community, which interestingly has never become a city, regally reigns as the historic “keeper” of early Hollywood and a present-day escape into the world of movie- star magic. And Starline Tours, known around the world as the pioneer of celebrity tours, takes you directly to the star power on a series of fun trips. The tour company’s newest tour—Young Hollywood—promises to be immerse tour-goers in the world of the millennial celebrity.

Millennial celebrity immersion

The two-hour live narrated tour will depart from Starline’s Tour Center at Hollywood & Highland, home of the Academy Awards, and will feature celebrity favorites in Hollywood, West Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Century City, Melrose and Fairfax districts.  The 26-passenger bus with digital video/audio will immerse passengers into the world of Young Hollywood, the leading digital celebrity and lifestyle network for millennials.

Young Hollywood reaches 300 million monthly viewers and 12 million social media followers with 500 hours of content produced annually.  The tour version will be live and rolling through the streets of Los Angeles neighborhoods. The tour was conceived by RJ Williams, Founder and CEO of Young Hollywood, and created in partnership with Kami Farhadi, CEO of Starline Tours. Like the original Movie Stars’ Homes Tour conceived in 1935, this tour breaks new ground, featuring today’s young celebrities.  No other tour has more insider knowledge and access to today’s Young Hollywood scene. The Young Hollywood Tour is one of the few tours in Los Angeles offering free Wi-Fi to allow ongoing social media interaction to capture the excitement of the tour.  Prices are $55 for adults and $45 for youth 3 – 15.  Tickets are available at www.starlinetours.com, all Starline ticket offices and www.younghollywoodtour.com.

“Bringing fans access to unique content and experiences associated with Young Hollywood is core to our business and we are excited to be partnering with Starline to create a new way to connect our audience to key places and moments that make this city so special,” said RJ Williams, Founder and CEO, Young Hollywood.
