1. Cabrillo National Monument

The only American sculpture garden created by the celebrated French-American sculpture Niki de Saint Phalle, Queen Califia’s Magical Circle consists of nine beautiful and whimsical large-scale sculptures and a playful “snake wall” adorned with brilliant, unique mosaic ornamentation.
